Refunds & Returns

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
1. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.
2. Return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
3. Email shop@artofmanliness.com to request a refund, return, or exchange.
4. Instructions for returning your package will be given along with a shipping label.
5. Upon receipt, your credit card will be immediately refunded or, if it is an exchange, we will ship your new item to you.

Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a $1.90 per order + $.65 per line item restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We will also deduct the cost of shipping the returned item back to us. We can not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Non-returnable Goods

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Customized products such as stationery can't not be returned or exchanged.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable eBook products

Exchanges

If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM

1. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.
2. Return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
3. Email shop@artofmanliness.com to request an exchange. 
4. Instructions for returning your package will be given along with a shipping label.
5. Upon receipt, of the original item, the new item will be sent to you

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at shop@artofmanliness.com.

Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged, please email us a picture of your damaged product to shop@artofmanliness.

We can either 1) send you a new item (at no cost to you) or 2) refund your money.

Missing or Wront Item In Order

If an item is missing in your order, or you received the wrong item, please email us at shop@artofmanliness.com so that we can get a new item sent out to you ASAP.
